It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rachel Kim Small, in her 69th year. Born in Toronto to William & Reba Small. Loving wife of Vaughn for 19 years. Cherished mother of Justin (Beverly) & Elisha (Mark). Proud grandmother of Ryan, Jordan & Marcus. Dear sister of Kelley & Tara (Jim), sister-in-law to Tricia & brother-in-law to Bobby.

Rachel loved spending time with her husband, she also enjoyed spending her time gardening, knitting & playing video games. She loved to read, and was very creative, recently even began writing a book. She was truly one-of-a-kind, her loss leaves a hole in the hearts of her family as well as the many close friendships she maintained while working at Purolator for over 28 years.

She lived a very selfless life, always putting everyone else first. Rachel lived each day to its fullest, and she will be forever loved and sorely missed.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Friday, August 11, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. & on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
