Rachel Beckstead

Rachel Beckstead (nee Kelly) was reunited with her beloved husband Wilson on February 24th, 2022.

Cherished mother of Brian (Kathy) of Edmonton, and Cindy (Wes) of Livermore, California and Allan (Monica) of Toronto. Beloved grandmother to Kevin, Karen and Laney.

Rachel worked as an admin assistance with the Cornwall Public School Board and then finished her career in 1988 as an admin assistance at Viscount Alexander Public School in Cornwall, Ontario. Rachel was very active throughout her retirement years. This included many trips and visits to her children’s homes and to be with her grandchildren. This also included trips to her native Scotland and other European locations. Rachel enjoyed being physically active, enjoying her leisurely strolls with others. Rachel also enjoyed volunteering her time and had great compassion for others who struggled with various challenges. Her charisma and laughter will be greatly missed by her family and grand children.
