Lived at 13 Kingdom St. Etobicoke from 1948 to 1993, after Sandy passed, sold the house and moved to a condo at 3 Hickory Tree Lane, Weston, the last few years residing at the Del Manor retirement residence in Richmond Hill.
Enjoyed going to the odd Blue Jays game with sister Eleanor, sipping a gin and tonic or a cold Milwaukee beer. Always concerned about her appearance, looking sharp, was a keen gardener but especially loved a game of Euchre.
Mom would have turned 99 in January, enjoyed the first 96, until dementia started to take control.
She is in a better place among all of those that Love her. Be Happy for her, and if it suits , toast her with a libation of your choice.
