CLEMENTS, Phyllis - Peacefully on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Gordon (October 7, 2009). Loving mother of Kathy (David) Hellyer and Julie (Gordon) Washburn. Cherished grandmother of Kaitlin (Chris), Michael, James and Wesley (Maria). A private immediate family service will take place.
