Peter "Pete" Baziw

Baziw, Peter - Veteran of WWII Peacefully at Sunnybrook Veterans Wing on Thursday, October 29, 2009 in his 86th year. Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Annie, as well as his brothers John and Michael. Dear Uncle of Lori, Larry (Christa), Andrew (Dandy), Lynn (Ed) and Louise (Ron), as well as the late Sharon. Being a resident for 18 years, Pete will be fondly remembered by the dedicated staff, volunteers and residents of Sunnybrook K1 West. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. in the Ward Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
