Peter Field

We are sorry to announce that Peter James Field passed away peacefully after a long struggle with lung cancer at Toronto General Hospital on Friday, September 12, 2014, at the age of 62. He was the dearly-loved son of the late Mary Josephine and James Austin Field, and the loving father of Danielle Kaeufer of Port Orange, Florida, and Megan Field of London, UK. Proud grandfather of Gabrielle, Giselle and Noah Paul Adekunle of Port Orange, Florida. Brother of Mary, Cathy Cohen (Howard) of Ottawa, Tom, Paul (Suzanne Szalma), Margaret (Branko Vukojevic), Christopher, Tim (Jeannette), and Jonathan. His quirky sense of humour and fearless outlook on life will be missed by all of us.
Friends will be received at WARD FUNERAL HOME, 2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, on Friday, September 26, from 10 a.m. – noon. A private family service will be held later. For those who wish, memorial contributions to the Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.ca/) would be appreciated.
