It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Penny Jaroszko. Peacefully passed away at Scarborough Centenary surrounded by her beloved family on January 15, 2024, in her 71st year. Born to parents Amy & Jack Cowle on November 24, 1953.
She was a devoted and loving wife to Bernard for 47 years, together they shared a lifetime of happiness and cherished memories. Beloved mother of Paul (Anna). Loving sister-in-law of Mike (Karin), George (late Sherri-Lynn) & Theresa (Andy). Cherished aunt of Chris, Joanna (James), Elizabeth (Adam), Laurie (Graham), Dan, Sarah (Mike), Jessica (Josh) & Eric. . Proud great aunt to Cameron, Madison, Nathan, Hailey, Hannah, Nick, Katie, Lucien & Rachel.
A woman of strength beyond expectation, she was dedicated to her family and absolutely adored spending time in the great outdoors, she was happiest whilst camping, kayaking, hiking or cottaging. Bernard will cherish the hours they spent hiking around their cottage at Six Mile Lake. Paul remembers with fondness the adventures of boating, ATVing, snowmobiling and skiing.
She embraced the Catholic faith & found solace, guidance, and immense comfort in her relationship with God, especially as she faced various challenges in recent years.
