Patrick Penman

March 25, 1935 — December 26, 2015

Patrick Penman

Pat sadly and suddenly passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital on Dec. 26, 2015 in his 80th year. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland on March 25, 1935 to Thomas & Catherine Penman, and middle of 13 kids. Beloved father of Kelly, Patrick and Michael. A veteran of the British Army and SMT, where he established a diligent work ethic. A lifelong Glasgow Celtic supporter, Pat enjoyed watching soccer, especially that of his grandsons Gabriel and Lucas. A longtime committed employee of Canadian Pacific, Pat's legacy of leadership and determination was witnessed by many till his recent retirement, two years ago. His skills as a conversationalist were abundant in his storytelling. He could and would talk to anyone about anything. He was with quick wit and a whistling tune to fill any silence. His love of animals was only rivalled by his love for his family. He was adored and will be greatly missed by sons Patrick (Sandra) and Michael (Cathy) and his grandsons Gabriel and Lucas. He will be cherished in the hearts of those close to him and in the memories of those who had the privilege of meeting him.
You will never walk alone.

Farewell Granda, ye wull be muchly missed, Kip weel
