Suddenly on April 13th, 2014 at the Brampton Civic Hospital. Beloved wife of Scott. Much loved daughter of Roz and Jim. Loving mother of Caitlin, Casey, Heather, Jamie, Brianna, Alex and Kaiden. Adoring Nana of Kairi, Noah and Lona. Cherished sister of Shelly (Lee), Vicky and Joanne. Caring aunt of Tori, Jordan, Jarod Chloe and Malikhi. Will be sadly missed by many family and friends.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Thursday April 17th, 2014 from 5 to 8 pm. A Celebration of Trish’s life will be held on Friday April 18th in the chapel at 2:30 pm
Cremation to follow.
