Patricia Jane Lynagh

Passed away surrounded by her family at Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, May 3rd 2018 at the age of 77. Loving wife to her predeceased husband James, Pat will be dearly missed by her seven children; Kathy, Danny, Coco, Connie, Kristyna, Kalli and Courtney, her fourteen grandchildren, and her two great-granddaughters.

Pat was undeniably a special person, who made room in her heart and thoughts for everyone she encountered. She thrived on giving, and she gave so much; her time, donations, thoughts and hugs. She loved animals, her family, and pralines and cream ice cream (not necessarily in that order).



Family and Friend will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy #10) on Monday, May 7th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Tuesday May 8th at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
