Patricia Henderson Wilcox

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Jean Wilcox (nee Henderson) on September 17, 2016, at her home in Mississauga, at the age of 61.

She is survived by Barry, her loving husband of 34 years and her three children, Andrew, Sean and Meghan. By her loving mother, Leah, sisters, Linda, Sharon, Maureen and her nieces, Michelle and Ellen, and nephews, Daniel, Patrick, Jack, Mark and Wesley, Brother-in-law Glenn Wilcox, sister-in-law Linda Wilcox and Father-in-law, Doug Wilcox.

She was predeceased by her brother Ray, her father Patrick, her grandmother Elizabeth Sheppard and mother-in-law, Barb Wilcox.

Trisha was a remarkable individual with a huge heart. She was a woman of enormous resiliency and energy and was very proud of her Irish descent. Her smile was radiant and she always had a kind word for everyone.

A Visitation of family and friends will be held on Tuesday September 20, 2016 at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street Oakville, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday September 21 at 11:30 am, at St Andrew's Parish, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville. A reception will be held after the mass at the Ward Funeral Home. All are welcome to attend.
