It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of V. Patricia “Pat” Digings (Nee Scruton) on Saturday March 3rd, 2018 after a long courageous battle in the palliative care unit at Credit Valley Hospital. Happily married for 49 years, she was the loving wife of Gordon “Gord”. Pat will also be missed by her many nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Her presence remains to watch over her loving children Michael and Rebecca and her much adored granddaughter Brooklyn. Sadly missed by her brother Barny and sister Lynn. She was predeceased by her brother William “Bill”. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Hospital for Sick Children or Mount Sinai Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held at Humbervale United Church, 1447 Royal York Road, Etobicoke on Thursday March 8th at 12 noon with a reception is to follow.
