Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday July 27, 2024 at the age 92. Devoted wife of the late Berardino. Proud mother of Donato (Franca), Giulio (Lidia) and Linda (Mario). Cherished Nonna of Diana, Anthony (Melissa), Michael (Jenna), Matthew, Adam, Tony (Andrea), Michael (Nicole) and Rosie(Daniel). Loving Bisnonna of Emma, Massimo, Luca, Nicolas, Olivia, Gabriella, Bianca, Gabriel, Natalia, and Corrado. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends. Pasqua has been reunited with the love of her life Berardino.

Born in the small town of Cansano L'Aquila in Abruzzi Italy to parents Stella and Leonardo Di Giallonardo. Pasqua grew up in a happy family and community. She grew up in harsh economic times and endured the hardships of World War 2 occupation.

Pasqua met a young Berardino in their hometown. They were a happy couple. They courted and eventually were married.

In 1957, Pasqua and her two young boys joined Berardino here in Canada via New York on the Cristofaro Colombo ship from Naples. Together the couple worked extremely hard to build a life for themselves. Pasqua worked at a as a seamstress at Puretex Knitting Factory for a long time as well as a cook in a banquet hall.

Faith and her family were things she cherished the most. Babysitting her grandchildren and caring for her husband. She was there for everyone often putting others before herself.

Pasqua enjoyed cooking and tending to her garden. She would have long talks on the phone with her cousins and other family members in Australia, Montreal, New York and here in Toronto. She cherished her time visiting family in New York and her sister Nilla and family here in Toronto.
