Pamela Running

RUNNING, Pamela J. G. - Born May 11, 1918, Pam passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Burton Manor Long Term Care, Brampton, Ontario at the age of 91 years. She was the beloved wife of (Elmer) Arnold Running, cherished aunt of Lynda Howes (James). Longtime friend to Kay Drew, Shirley Martin, Kay Guimond and Ann and Robin Gold, and many others. Pamela was a lifetime member of the Canadian Kennel Club, the Terrier Breeders Association of Canada and the Wire Fox Terrier Club of Canada. She was also a respected judge of the Terrier breed. A special thank you to Cheryl 'The Boss' at Burton Manor and to all the staff who took such good care of her. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main Street South (Hwy. 10), Brampton, on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 1 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, S.P.C.A. or the charity of your choice.
