Peacefully with her family by her side at Brampton Civic Hospital on September 28, 2013 at the age 80. Loving wife of the late Gilberto. Beloved mother of her only child Olga and her husband Joseph. Vavó to Xavier and Zander. Palmira will be missed by her sister Margarida Arruda and Leonore Martins.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Tuesday October 1, 2013 from 4-9 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday October 2, 2013 at 11am from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton.
Interment to follow at Meadowvale Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
