Passed away peacefully on August 28, 2016 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Lovisa. Devoted mother of Nadia (Loris) Mascarin and Ermes (Mary) Lovisa. Cherished nonna of Christina (John), Steven (Mariola), Denis (Rena),
Vanessa ( fiancée Michael) and Melissa. Proud bisnonna of Matthew, Nicholas, Tiana, Alana and Luca. Olimpia will be greatly missed by her eldest brother Ermenegildo (Pierina),by her sisters Santina (Siro) and Gigetta (Bruno), and by her youngest brother Mario (Nella). She is also predeceased by her brothers Alfredo (surviving spouse: Matilde) and Guido (surviving spouse: Flora). Olimpia will always be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church (8500 Islington Ave. Woodbridge) on Thursday September 1st, 2016 at 9:30 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to a charity of your choice, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
