Nunzia Maria Manicone
August 26, 1924 - March 5, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Nunzia Maria Manicone (nee Paterino) on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Nunzia was a devoted, loving wife and sweetheart to the late Francesco Paolo Manicone.
Predeceased by her parents Eustacchio Vincenzo Paterino and Veneranda Stella.
Predeceased by cherished siblings; Felicia, Rosa, Giuliano, Emanuele, Chiara, Anna and Immacolata.

Nunzia ("Aunty Nancy" or "Zia Nunziata") was loved by a large extended family and many friends; she will be missed by all.

Aunty Nancy was a spitfire, though small in stature she was mighty in spirit. She did not mince words and would let you know exactly how she felt...in love. She was known for her elegant attire, was a master at the art of crochet and was known for baking her giant-sized loaves of bread. She was a generous and loving woman, who loved God, her family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 10:30am at the Ossington Pentecostal Church. A public Live Stream of the Service will be available to watch from the comfort of your home. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
