Nina Podesta (Nee Gaetana Ranieri)
August 4, 1927- January 17, 2014

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends at age 86. Beloved wife of Deacon Bruno Podesta for 57 years. Loving mother of Anna (Tony), Paul (Paula), Laura (Sylvain), Michael and
Teresa (Ettore). Devoted grandmother to Peter, Katrina, Nicholas, David, Mathieu, Anna-Lise, Sarah and Matthew. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her brothers, sisters, many nieces, nephews; and extended family and friends. Visitation to be held at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd., Toronto, on Wednesday, January 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass will be celebrated at All Saint’s Church, 1415 Royal York Rd., on Thursday, January 23 at 10:00am. Entombment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery, 2845 Bloor St. W. Friends and family are asked to join in a celebration at The Old Mill Restaurant, 21 Old Mill Road, following the interment.
