Nicola DeFrenza:

God called Nicola DeFrenza peacefully on Monday, March 20, surrounded by his wife and sons at the age of 74.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, Zio and friend to many.

He is survived by his loving wife Rosa, his sons, Tony, Frank, and Marlo, his daughter-in-laws, Lucy and Jennifer, and the pride of his life his grandchildren, Talia, Giuliano, Valerio, Lily and Luciano.

He will be lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law, Caterina Perna, his brothers, Michele and Rocco (Lillian), his sisters in Italy,Nicoletta and Rosanna (Franco), his brother and sister-in-laws Joe and Patricia, and Mary and Vito.

He will be held dear in the hearts of his nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and many friends.

He is predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Rafaela, his father-in-law Francesco, his sister-in-law Maria, and his brother-in-law Nicola.

Nick lived his life to the fullest and enjoyed the simple things in life. He enjoyed good food, good wine, and just being with his family.

May he rest in eternal peace forever.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 6-9 pm at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, Ontario L6W 2C5

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday March 27, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 66 Main Street South, Brampton, Ontario L6W 2C6
