Passed away peacefully in her 98th year after a short illness at Brampton Civic Hospital on Wednesday May 23rd, 2018.
Beloved wife of the Late John Fleming, cherished mother to daughter Sandra and son Wayne (Sander) and son in law Jim Bartko and Sander’s fiancée Lori Samson. Loving grandmother to Michael Bartko (Kayla). Sorely missed by her family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel” ( 52 Main St., S Brampton) on Monday May 28th, 2018 from 6:30-8:30p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Bartholomew’s United Church (22 Abbey Rd, Brampton) on Tuesday May 29th, 2018 at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Meadowvale Cemetery.
