Nefeli "Phyllis" Kotopoulis

KOTOPOULIS, Nefeli “Phyllis” passed away peacefully with family by her side on September 1, 2022, at the age of 90. Loving and devoted wife of Antonios “Tony” for almost 68 years. Proud mother of Triantafillos “Archie” (Linda). Cherished grandmother “yiayia” of Nefeli (Joshua) and adored great-grandmother of Lena and Jonah. Much-loved sister of Rena, Marianthi and the late Kostas. Eldest daughter of the late George and Evanthia Patsopoulos.

Nefeli was born in Mikro Horio, Greece, on March 20, 1932, and immigrated to Canada in 1953 on the TSS Nea Hellas. She genuinely enjoyed her time in the restaurant business, where she developed many lasting relationships. Throughout her life, she cherished quality time with family and friends, and was devoted to the Greek Orthodox Christian faith.
