Nancy Phillips- Amodeo
Peacefully passed away with her family by her side on October 23, 2016 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Loving wife of Joseph for 30 years. Cherished mother of Lindsay, Sean, Madison and Cole.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 7-9p.m. and Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9p.m.
A funeral service will be held at Central United Church, 1 King St. Toronto on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 11a.m.
Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre would be appreciated.
