McCauley, Myrtle Margaret
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 1, 2010 at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto,
surrounded by her two loving sisters Mary Adair and Betty Jacobs.
She was predeceased by her parents Breakey and Iolene McCauley, sister Pearl Wilson and brother Jim McCauley. Loving Aunt of Michael Wilson, Sharon Merritt, Jennifer Walmsley, Lynda Young, Blake Jacobs, Joan Lawson , and Bill McCauley. Very revered and much loved Aunt of the late Jay Jacobs. Myrtle was a long time employee of Texaco Oil Company and Brampton resident. She was a champion Lawn Bowler traveling many places around the world for competitions, an avid curler, bridge player, oil painter and world traveler. She was very active within her community, loved gardening, and was a kind and generous person devoted to her family. She will be greatly missed.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Friday from 2-4 and 7 – 9pm
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11 am from St. Paul’s United Church Main St. South Brampton.
Interment Providence Cemetery.
