Muriel Vaters

Vaters, Muriel (nee Parsons) September 27, 1931 – February 11, 2019.

With great sadness our family announce on Monday February 11, 2019 at 3pm in the afternoon.
Muriel peacefully passed away at home with her family at her side.

Wife of Wilson (predeceased March 24, 1998), sister to Joyce Parsons. Mother to Gail Motton and grandmother of Kelly and Wayne. Great Grandmother of Teshia, Leah, Tommy Jason, Wayne, Jason and Maya and Great Great Grandmother of Amelia.

Muriel was a wonderful wife and an amazing sister. She was also a very caring and devoted mother, an incredible grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and an awesome friend.

Muriel was born in Newfoundland and lived most her life in Toronto. Then upon the sudden passings of her grandson Jason in October 1997 and her beloved husband Wilson in March 1998 she moved to Mississauga with her daughter and shared the rest of her life with family and friends.

Muriel will forever be missed and cherished and above all, never forgotten. May she rest in peace as she joins are angels in heaven. We love u nan.
