HALES, Muriel Aileen (nee Mercer) - Retired Teacher, Toronto Board of Education Peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at the Credit Valley Hospital, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Norman for 50 years. Dear aunt of Marilyn Mercer, Martha (Miguel) DeSantis and their sons Matthew Mercer and Michael DeSantis. She will be fondly remembered by her friends at Graceview Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Friday from 2-5 p.m. A private cremation and service to follow.
