Molly Rose Bellon
Peacefully passed away on Thursday October 13, 2022 at the age of 94. Cherished wife of the late George. Proud mother of Les and Lois, Linda and Andre Sala. Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Brandon, Christina, Lindsey and Michael. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends. She has been reunited with the love of her life George who passed on March 20th, 2014.
Molly Rose was born in Czechoslovakia to parents Mary and Mathias Kujnish. As a young family they moved to Canada for a better life.
As a young woman, Molly Rose loved to dance. On a night out dancing in downtown Toronto she met a jokester named George. George got up the courage to ask Molly Rose to dance. However, his version of events was that she chased him. Regardless to say the rest was history. Together they traveled back to George’s homeland of Hungary and other places such as Lake Louise.
One of her favorite past times was to curl up on the sofa with a good book with some tea and a pastry. Those who knew her well would know not to call during the week at 4:30 pm as that was her time to watch the Young and the Restless. Molly Rose loved watching gameshows, the Price is Right and Wheel of Fortune. She would play along and much of the time she would do better than the contestant themselves.
Nothing made her happier than having her family around the table enjoying her cooking. Back in the day George and Molly Rose would cook up amazing family meals.
“Forever loved, always remembered.”
