Passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the age of 84. Devoted husband of Pasqualina of 53 loving years. Proud father of Rosanna (Paul Ruppert), Marina (David Bryce) and Linda (Marcello Aloi). Cherished nonno to Alfred, Louis, Katherine, Emily, Sarah and Lia. Sadly missed by his friends and family.
Michele was born in Caltanissetta, Italy. He immigrated to Canada by way of Venezuela in 1961. A lifelong diesel mechanic, he had a knack for fixing anything. He enjoyed his retirement travelling to the Caribbean, especially to his favourite destination Cuba.”Forever in our hearts-We love you”.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Friday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday May 16, 2015, at St. Roch’s Parish at 12 noon. As expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
