de HAAS, Michael C. - Passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side at Princess Margaret Hospital on July 6, 2009. He was 52. Beloved son of Peter and Teresa de Haas. Loving brother of Patricia, Deborah and Sandra. Michael will be be forever remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by many dear friends and Flanders the dog. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard de Clairvaux (1789 Lawrence Ave. West) on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. A small gathering to share memories will follow after the Mass.
