Passed away peacefully on April 10, 2013 in his 84th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Claire and cherished son Peter. Dearly missed father to Michael Jr. (Etta), Paul and Mary-Ann (Robert). Proud grandpa to 8 grandchildren. Mike graduated from St Michael’s College in 1946 and was a long standing communion minister at St. John the Evangelist and St Patrick’s Churches. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave W), on Saturday, April 13th from 7-9pm and Sunday, April 14th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday at St John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 49 George Street, Weston, at 11 am. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery to follow.
