Michael Arthur William Cousins,
FRI, CMR, CPM born Croydon, England, August 20, 1932.

Loved by wife Dene, daughters Linda Graovac, Beverley Riffle and Lisa Cousins and their mother Brenda, their husbands, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his sister and brother-in-law Vicki and Mark Baker.

Michael was a professional footballer with Derby County and served in the Royal Air Force, Eastbourne County Police and the Toronto Police. Then came his career as a successful property manager with Marathon Realty, Royal Lepage, Canada Permanent, Campeau Corporation and his own companies, the last being TPMG, The Property Management Group.

Michael served as President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and Director of the International Institute of Real Estate Management. He loved teaching and was a mentor to many future commercial and condominium property managers.

Michael and Dene travelled the world together. He was a great host and loyal friend.
