Melitta Elliott

We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Melitta Elliott on November 12th, 2019. Melitta’s kind heart, creative energy and generosity of spirit will be missed by all who knew her. Predeceased by her parents, Alois and Charlotte and her husband Tim. Melitta is survived by her daughter Lisa, loving son-in-law Ira and her granddaughter Dorothy. Melitta is also survived by her brother Roy (Gemma), and many nieces and nephews and their children. Melitta delighted in spending time with her family and friends and spent the last nine months immersed in her granddaughter’s life.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway # 7 Woodbridge. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. A reception will follow at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
