Mavis Finn

Mavis Patricia Finn, died peacefully on July 11, 2014 at Dorothy Ley
Hospice, after a brief struggle with cancer. Mavis was born July 25, 1935,
in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of the late Louise and George Finn.
Predeceased by her brother Robert Finn.
She is survived by her nieces, Kelly Scenna and husband Paul, Lori
Pocock and husband Jeff. A “Great” great Aunt toMartina, Madison, Julia and
Brooke all of whom she was very proud of and enjoyed family time with,
and brought great joy to her later years. She will be sadly missed by her
extended family Doreen, Keith, Andrea, Krista and Jeff Miller. Along with her
long time gal pals “The Watford Girls”, neighbours Paul &Marg Davey and friends. Thanks to all
those mentioned for your continuous support these last few months and to
the staff of St. Josephs’ Hospital and especially Dorothy Ley and staff for the
comfort provided she will be sadly missed.
Mavis will be cremated with Ward Funeral Home on Weston Rd, celebration of life
will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian
Cancer Society would be appreciated.
