Maud Luther

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Maud on Thursday, March 8, 2018; at the age of 79. Beloved wife to Wesley for 54 years of marriage. Loving mother to Gloria and cherished grandmother to John who will sadly miss nanny at his graduation. Maud was a modest, hard working and devoted family person who always loved to help others. She was proud of her Newfoundland heritage and could be found enjoying a good round of bingo. She fought hard and beat lung cancer in 2012 in order to be with her family for another 6 years. Each time the sun would pass through the clouds; her light would shine down on all of our hearts. She will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
