Peacefully, on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Humber River Regional Hospital – Finch Site at the age of 96. Predeceased by her loving husband Salvatore. Loving mother of Biagio and his wife Giuseppina and Paolo and his wife Maryann.
Cherished Nonna of Paul and Anthony. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses at the Humber River Regional Hospital – Finch Site of the 6th floor. She will be dearly missed by many family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway 7, just west of Pine Valley Dr.) 905-851-9100 on Sunday from 2-4, 6-9pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 19, 2010 at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave. at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
