As you all know, Mom's long journey has been fraught with uncertainty and challenge, given the unusual combination of symptoms. Along the way, it was the Memory Clinic at Toronto-Western Hospital that provided the most support/guidance (outside of her exceptional care at Sandlewood Park!). We'd ask you to consider a donation to the Neuroscience group at the hospital in lieu of sending flowers.
