MARY AIR Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 in her 87th year at Versa Care Rexdale, Long Term Care Facility. She has gone home to eternity with her Lord and Saviour after a valiant fight. She has gone to be with her husband Peter of 62 years who passed away July 14, 2008. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and especially her large family of four children Peter (Linda), Bob (Darlene), Jann (John) and Don (Carolyn). She is also survived by nine grandchildren Steven, Shaun, Max, Jordon, Elizabeth, Kimmy, Allison, Nicole and Kiana; seven great-grandchildren Nicholas, Brandon, Lakin, Matthew, Megan, Jordon Jr. and Mariah. Dear sister to Jim Martin "Sonny". Predeceased by her sisters Betty, Margaret and brother John. Family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (North of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held from Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1579 Royal York Rd., on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
