Marion "Amy" Kitamura

Kitamura, Marion “Amy” (former owner of Scarlett Drug Mart) – peacefully after a brief illness on Sunday, February 1st, 2015 at the Humber River Regional Hospital Church Site. Beloved wife and best friend of Victor 57 years. Loving mother of Michael and the late Karen. Dear sister of Kiyomi Tajiri, Shirley (Nobby) Kamitakahara, Sally (Emmett) Maddix and Gene (Uli) Abe and sister in law of Arthur (Nobuko) Kitamura. Amy will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and extended family. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave.) Weston, on Sunday, February 8th, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice will be appreciated by the family.
