MACCHIO, Mario

Peacefully on August 15, 2013 at Baycrest Hospital surrounded by his family at the age of 80. Loving husband of Rose for 55 wonderful years. Beloved father of Ralph, David and his wife Diane. Cherished Grandpa of Jordan and Gabriel. Dear brother of Vera (late Albert) Cancelli, Josie (Italo) Foschia and the late Tony (Mildred) Macchio. Best friend and brother-in-law of Peter and Mary DiFalco. Will be sadly missed by many extended family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Saturday August 17, 2013 from 7-9 p.m and Sunday August 18, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm..
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 300 Ansley Grove Road, Woodbridge on Monday August 19, 2013 at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial donations to Baycrest Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
