Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 29th, 2024. 

Beloved husband of Assunta. Loving father of Lucy (Tony), Sandro (Victoria), and Maurizio (Rosa). Cherished Nonno to Justin, Matthew, Adam, Sabrina and Julia. Reunited in heaven with his parents Alessandro and Annunziata, sister Giuseppina, and brother Aldo. 

Mario was born in Casamari, Italy and moved to Canada in 1962 to establish a new life with his wife and daughter. As his family expanded with two more children, Mario prioritized being a provider. He was a hard working, dedicated father and husband and always put his family first. 

Mario will be remembered by his signature sense of humour and his absolute honesty. He found so much joy in socializing, taking every opportunity to gather with his friends and family. Everyone enjoyed his presence and will miss him dearly. 

Though Mario will be deeply missed, his family finds comfort knowing that he is at peace and reunited with his loved ones in heaven.
