Marija Cunic

Immensely loved for who she was and for her endless love, compassion, and commitment towards others, Marija Cunic will be greatly missed. To simply know Marija was to love her. She touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her only fault (if you would call it a fault) is that she cared too much for others and not enough for herself. Even while fighting cancer, she continued to put her family first by always putting on a brave face, especially for her beloved grandchildren who were the joys of her life. Although her passing was far too soon, she went peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Marija’s beautiful spirit continues to live on through her family and friends. As hard as her passing is for those who loved her, we find solace in knowing her overwhelming love lives on, and she awaits us with open arms for when we meet again. Always loved and never forgotten.
