After a courageous battle with cancer, Mariano went to Heaven.
Beloved husband of Nadia for 50 years. Dearest Dad to Josie (Val Andriano) and Katia (Raymond Brown).
Loving nonno to Angelica and Natasha.
Son of the late Attilio and Maria Nasato.
Dear brother of Aldo (Linda), Suor Luigia, Mario (Luigina) and the late Luciano (surviving wife Rita).
He will always be remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Mariano was a fine gentleman, an honorable man and a cherished friend. He was always ready to extend his hand to everyone in need. He will always be remembered. May he rest in peace.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Tuesday, from 2-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. David’s Church, 2601 Major Mackenzie, Maple on Wednesday, December 3, 2013 at 11a.m. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
