Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday August 12th, 2010 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Adriano. Loving mother of Louisa (late Elio) and Lucy (Marcello). Devoted nonna of Clivio and Daniela. Great grandmother of Alexander and Sarah. Dear sister of Emilia and Assunta. Predeceased by her brothers Giuseppe, Luigi, Marco, Bruno and Giovanni. Special thanks to all the staff at Runnymede Health Care Centre for their compassionate and loving care. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Friday from 5:30-8:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at All Saints Roman Catholic Church (1435 Royal York Road) on Saturday August 14th, 2010 at 9:30am.Entombment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery-Etobicoke. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society and Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
