Peacefully on January 20, 2019 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Macri. Loving mother of Josie and her husband Manny Medeiros, step mother of Maria and her husband Antonio Mastrangelo, Adolorata and her husband Domenico Pomante, Antonio and his wife Anna Maria, Bruno and his wife Debbie, Angela and her husband Carmine Cesta, Mario and Salvatore Zaffino. Cherished grandmother of Mike, Vince, Olivia, Adriano, Graziella, Elizabeth, Marco, Vanessa, Jonathon, Alexandra, Daniel, Jessica, Gabriel, Justin, Alessia, Carly, Nicholas, James, Mackenzie, Madison and Sophia. Dear great grandmother of Emily, Selena, Juliana, Tristen, Leo, Felicity, Luke and Giada. Maria will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel", 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday January 24, 2019 at 1 p.m. from St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Palliative Care Unit at Brampton Civic Hospital would be appreciated.
