Lonardi, Maria B. (Gobbo)

Born in Verona Italy, August 14, 1911 to December 30, 2010. Peacefully, in her hundredth year mamma, and nonna Maria joined her beloved husband Fortunato and her many loved ones that preceded her. Survived by her beloved sons, Flavio (Isabella) and Albert (Linda), grandchildren, Vivian and Jordan (Caroline), great-grandchildren, Victoria and Emma, her friends Gabriella and Fulvio Costa (Anna and Denise), and her many nieces and nephews. The love for her two “boys” was always the first thought of her life. She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humour and generosity.

Family and friends may call at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence) Weston on Tuesday, January 4th, 2011 from 8 to 9:30am. The Funeral Mass will also take place Tuesday morning at 10am at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 1415 Royal York Rd (at LaRose). Entombment to follow at Westminster Mausoleum.

In Maria’s memory, donations to the Kid’s Help Line or the Toronto Star Fresh Air Fund would be appreciated by the family.
