It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Gatta. Maria passed away peacefully on April 14, 2023, at the age of 92. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Armando and parents Assunta and Emilio Costantini.

Loving mother of Tony (Marisa) and Domenic (Ellen). Cherished grandmother of Fabrizio (Parmis) and Anthony (Jessica). Proud great-grandmother of Julian, Sophia, Giuseppe, Alessio & Vienna. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings and extended family.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave, Woodbridge) on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
