Maria Galati ( nee Marcello)
June 29, 1942 – May 10, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Galati. Maria passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 10, 2023 and will now be re-united with her beloved husband Giuseppe (2013).
She will always be fondly remembered and dearly loved by her daughters, Teresa (Giuliano) and Rachael, her grandchildren Emilia (Ramiz), Marianna, Sergio and Antonio, who affectionately called her Nonna. Dear sister to Rosina, Gina (the late Dominic), Bruno (Teresa), her late brother Dominic (Gina) and a much cherished and admired aunt to all her nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins.

Maria loved spending time with her family. She was also a very kind hearted lady who welcomed everyone with open arms. We were amazed by her strength and courage during these last few years.
We would like to thank the staff at Humber River Hospital for all their compassionate care and support.
