Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday September 15th, 2015 at the age of 81. Devoted wife of the late Vincenzo. Proud mother of Laura, Rosa, and Anthony. Cherished Nonna of Joshua Damonte and loving mother- in- law to Samuel Macaluso. Maria will be sadly missed by all who knew her. “Forever in our hearts, we love you.” Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. A Catholic Mass will be held on Friday September 18th, 2015, at Our Lady of the Airways Parish 7411 Darcel Ave., Malton at 10 a.m. As expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Princess Margaret Hospital Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
