Margaret "Greta" Henderson

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on November 13th, 2015 in her 77th year. Margaret was born in Goven, a suburb of Glasgow, Scotland and was the second born child of Annie Elliot and Charlie McLaughlin. She had 5 siblings, Joseph, John, George, Charlotte and Anne Marie.



Margaret was the beloved wife and best friend of the late Robert. She will be sadly missed by her 6 children and spouses: Steve (Linda), Mark (Karyssa), Sean (Suzie), Kevin (Jennifer), Lesley (Kruno), Anne (Christo). Margaret will also forever be in the hearts and minds of her 12 grandchildren: Chelsea, Sam, Nicole, Robert, Juliana, Sadey, Cameron, Eric, Ronan, Torin, Gavin and Luka.



Margaret immigrated to Canada from Scotland in 1960 with her husband Robert to raise and build a better life for her family. She was a determined woman who instilled a strong sense of family in her children and grandchildren. Margaret will also be remembered by family and friends for her sense of humour, positive spirit and an engaging personality.
