Passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the age of 87.
Beloved father of Lucy Salazar, Julia (Claudio) Vasquez, Milagros Flores, Walter Salazar, Angel Salazar, Marlene Salazar and Rosa (William)Ugarte. Loving grandfather of Shirley (Sante) Mazzulla, Alicia (Nick) D’Antonio, Jeffrey, Joseph, Michael, Matthew, Julie, Grace, Brandon, Paul and Krystina and great grandchildren Jonathan, Robert, Maria-Elena and Alessandro. Cherished brother of Filomena, Margarita, Alejandrina, Etelverto, Celida and pre-deceased by Pedro, Etelvina, and Nino. Papi will be forever loved and deeply missed by his extended family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday from 2 - 4 & 7 – 9 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip Neri Church, 2100 Jane Street, Toronto on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
