MAE LOIS MCMILLAN (nee NUGENT)
September 29, 1927 - May 29, 2021
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mae Lois McMillan on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Sterling Heights Long Term Care Home in Cambridge, Ontario.
She will be deeply missed by her two loving daughters, Deborah & Beverly and her cherished granddaughter Shannon along with her loving brother Keith Whorley (Carol), loving sister Thelma McGrath (Nat) and loving sister Linda Falcone (Mike) and her many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff and caregivers at Sterling Heights LTC for their phenomenal support and care of our Mother over the last two years especially during the pandemic. They are “Simply the Best!!"
Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave.) Weston, on Thursday, June 3rd from 6 – 9 p.m. Please visit Mae’s Book of Memories at www.wardfuneralhome.com to RSVP.
Due to current Covid restrictions, the funeral service and interment will be private. The family has provided the opportunity to view the LiveStream from the comfort of your own home. This link will become available at the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, Mae has expressed any donations be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the CNIB.
